Dr. Ramana, a physicist by training, works on issues related to nuclear
disarmament and nuclear energy at the Center for Energy and Environmental
Studies, Princeton. He is a founding member of the Alliance for a Secular
and Democratic South Asia and a member of the Forum of Indian Leftists.
Merav Datan is the Program Director for International Physicians for the
Prevention of Nuclear War. Formerly she was a research director for the
Lawyers' Committee on Nuclear Policy in New York. A US/Israel national, she
has degrees in physics and international law.

Brian Rawson is a disarmament activist, musician, actor, and visual artist
with an academic background in international development. Recently he has
performed with the Boston-area political theater troupe Class Acts. In
previous years he has also worked with the American Conservatory Theater
(San Francisco, CA), the Scottish Youth Theater (Glasgow), and the Brown
University Production Workshop (Providence, RI). His work in war
prevention and disarmament has included community accompaniment during
wartime in El Salvador, grassroots organizing with California Sane and the
Nuclear Weapons Freeze (now Peace Action), and currently program
coordination with International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear
War, based in Cambridge.
Rajesh Gopakumar is a postdoctoral researcher in Theoretical Physics at
Harvard University. In the last few months, he has gotten utterly
fascinated by Origami (Japanese for paper-fold). He has been teaching
himself and anyone else who is willing to learn.
